President
Richard is a 3rd generation owner of Gifford Homes. Richard enjoys working in the family owned construction business. He and Sheri have been married for 25 years and have 4 children and 6 “beautiful” grandchildren.

Adam Houser is a cornerstone of the Gifford Homes team. As Senior Project Manager, Adam brings over a decade of experience, hands-on leadership, and an unshakable work ethic to every home we build. Known for his attention to detail,
calm under pressure, and ability to bring complex projects to completion on time and on budget, Adam is trusted by both clients and crew to get the job done—and get it done right.
More than just a seasoned professional, Adam is also family. As the son-in-law of owner Rich Gifford and the husband of Rachel Houser, Adam has been a part of the Gifford Homes story for over 10 years. He proudly carries on the legacy with the same values that have defined Gifford Homes for generations: craftsmanship, integrity, and a deep commitment to excellence.
Adam and Rachel are raising their three children—Rayelle, Axel, and Titus—with the same principles he brings to every project: faith, hard work, and heart. Whether he’s managing a custom build or guiding a young family through their first home, Adam leads with quiet strength and steady dedication. He’s not just building houses—he’s building dreams, one home at a time.

Brooke Wickson is more than a key member of the Gifford Homes team—she’s part of the legacy. As the daughter of owner Rich Gifford and granddaughter of founder Don Gifford, Brooke proudly represents the 3rd generation of Giffords dedicated to building homes with excellence, integrity, and heart.
In her role as Client Relations and Project Coordinator, Brooke brings unmatched warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail. She serves as the essential connection between clients, contractors, and design teams—making sure every phase of the building process runs smoothly and every homeowner feels confident and cared for.
With a background in business administration and a natural passion for helping others, Brooke is driven by more than just deadlines—she’s driven by people. Her steady leadership and personal touch help turn dream homes into lasting legacies.
Outside of work, Brooke is a devoted wife and an active part of her church and community. She carries the Gifford family values into every project, making her not only a trusted team member, but a proud continuation of the Gifford Homes story.
